How to Request a Test

Please visit our Find a Doctor page to find Pediatricians in your area offering the Enfant^® Pediatric VEP Vision Test.

If your pediatrician does not currently provide the Enfant^® Pediatric VEP Vision Test but you feel it would be an invaluable part of your child’s wellness program, you can email us with your doctor’s information and we will contact their office on your behalf.  Please also feel free to download and print “The Enfant^® Product Brochure” below and give it to your pediatrician.
